“Ein Blend aus Jamaica und Guyana und in einem Imperial Sherry Hogshead Fass veredelt. Der Jamaicaner überwiegt jedoch deutlich Im Geruch wie auch im Geschmack. Eine fruchtige Bananennote und Ester sind klar und deutlich wahrzunehmen! Die Süße ist anfangs etwas ausgeprägter,verflüchtigt sich aber schnell. Danach entwickelt sich ein holzige karamellisierte Seite. Erwartet hatte ich eine rauchige Note, die jedoch gar nicht vorhanden ist. Im Abgang dominiert die rustikale Seite dieses durchaus gelungenen Rums.”
