“Nez : direct j’ai eu un côté fumé, et jambon assez fou qui m’a sauté au nez. Toujours cette trame fruits tropicaux qui est là mais très le côté jambon et fumé prédomine pour moi. Bouche : très pâteux / gras. Côté fruits tropicaux et fumé bien présent. Toujours mon impression de jambon. C’est très ovni. Très déstabilisant. Un petit côté épicé / pimenté. On est entre le WTF fumé et la gourmandise du reste. Finale longue. Qui tourne vers amertume.”
