How does this rum taste?
A spirited Jamaican blend with dominant ester and fruity notes, accented by a subtle creamy toffee twist. It's less complex than its predecessor, with a mildly bitter, wood-infused finish. A solid, albeit not ground-breaking, choice for rum enthusiasts.

“Nice Jamaican blend. I prefer the nose over the palate as it is more vibrant and funky. Nevertheless well balanced on the palate with fruits, wood, vanilla, cookie dough and milk chocolate.”

“a blend of five Jamaican distilleries: it should be HD, Clarendon, LP, NY and St. Catherine. The first Esters Delight I do not know, unfortunately. I definitely like this one quite a bit, though. Fermented fruit and cookie dough on the nose. The longer I smell, the more I can detect: orange zest, a slightly mentholated note, and vinegrette. Pleasantly mild on the palate, with fermented fruit, spicy, chocolaty, mocha. Successful blend!”

“#4119 Once rested for a good while this one releases a nice ester profile without it being too dominant. Fruity and intense nose with some glue and light licorice. The empty glass is nice with some tropical fruits and very light chocolate. Price to quality is OK.”
