“Hier ein eindeutiger Vertreter des „spanischen Stils“. Nase: zunächst kommt der Alkohol unangenehm stechend daher und der Rum wirkt sehr metallisch. Das habe ich häufiger bei rel. jungen „Spaniern“. Dahinter wird er fruchtiger, mit saurer Limette, Sauerkirsche und Apfel. Zudem würzig-schokoladig-holzig mit Vanille und Kakaopulver. Insgesamt unaufgeregt. 72 Gaumen: auch hier zu Beginn alkoholisch-metallisch, dann kommt aber schnell eine angenehme würzig-holzige, schokoladig-lakritzige Note. Das Ganze leicht bitter und hinten cremiger werdend. 74 Der hohe ABV ist nicht so gut integriert, transportiert aber die Aromen und erzeugt die angenehme cremigkeit. Solide aber mehr auch nicht.”
