“#4494 03-04.11.2023 Den Danske Whiskyfestival. Again a special meet up besides the event itself because we think it's a bit too dull. Had a great time with friends again. My notes. This sample arrived just in time from Singapore for us to share. Not a big sample but just enough for all to try. Nose: balanced, complex, spices, wood, faint fruit. Palate: oily, balanced, complex, spices, wood, earthy. Finish: medium to long and very complex, spices, wood, light coffee. I'm still mind boggled about how they put such complexity and balance into this relative ABV. Unfortunately the prices go up with each release..... Empty glass has very light chocolate and tobacco notes.”
