“This is one of my new samples I got and I had great expectations, because Flibuste is a name that comes with a note saying "Ultra Top Shelf" in my mind. My expectations were met to the fullest. The nose well balanced, sweet and definitely Agricole with fruit, vanilla and cane. There is a very light note of wood. The palate is complex, sweet and very well balanced and typical Agricole with fruit, spices, cane, chocolate with light notes og wood and nuts. The finish is medium to long and sweet with dried fruit, chocolate and spices. Leave to rest for a while to get all the notes and save the empty glass for later nosing.”
