“Dieser Rum braucht viel Zeit im Glas. Die Nase nimmt zuerst Schokolade, Vanille, Kokosnuss und Röstaromen war. Später kommt noch eine leichte fruchtig Note hinzu. Der Geschmack ist süßlich, Schokolade, Gewürze, Fass und nussig. Der Abgang ist mittel und am Gaumen nimmt man das Faß, Schokolade, Vanille und leichte Bitterstoffe und eine leichte alkoholische Schärfe war. Dieser Rum ist was für Einsteiger und für Leute, die eher süßen Rum mögen. Man wird nicht überfordert. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden.”

“Le nez est plutôt dans la retenue, on retrouve principalement de la mélasse avec une pointe de touches toastées. Le nez est léger et doux sur le bonbon au caramel. Et malgré les que 44%, c'est un peu alcooleux. Le nez est plutôt agréable. Voici un rhum bien caramélisé, bien noir, avec une trame assez légère. L'attaque en bouche est sur le boisé toasté. Ce nez pas trop sucré comme le nez le présagé, c'est plutôt sec sur le caramel. Avec des touches de miel, de vanille et de fruits en confiture. La finale est à nouveau douce sur du sirop d'érable brûlé et les épices. C'est un ron facile et agréable à boire. Il est une porte d'entrée idéale dans le monde du rhum. Il est évident qu'avec 44% sous le capot, il ne fera pas décoller les plus aficionados mais c'est un Ron qui fait le taf.”
