It was distilled from Molasses and then aged for Unaged. The rum has an ABV of 60% and the mark is WPE. This is a limited release and there are only 100 bottles.

“In der Nase Ester und Sauerhefeteig… und zwar die volle Dröhnung! Am Gaumen dann aber erstaunlich zahm.. cremig verteilt er sich, der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden und zuerst die Note von verbranntem Zucker die später in eine leicht Schärfe von schwarzem Pfeffer wechselt, der Abgang ist so mittellang und schlicht (leicht bitter) ein guter Rum, aber ihm fehlt irgendwie etwas das typische Worthy Park Feeling”

“Die beiden hier finde ich für das Plv fast ein bisschen underratet - man bekommt hier zwei schöne Worthyparks, die es zugegebenermaßen zwar nicht komplett mit den großen WP-Abfüllungen aufnehmen können, die aber auch ne andere Preisklasse sind. Und auch als Experiment, wie sich die Lagerung auf ein und das selbe Destillat auswirkt, finde ich sowas echt super. Am Anfang hat mir nur der gelagerte getaugt - diese Mischung aus jungem Holz, Estern und Möbelpolitur/Leder mit Anklängen von Pfeffer hinten raus finde ich echt lecker. Der ungelagerte hat es aber in sich, vom Holz noch ungezähmt und es war das erste Mal, dass ich weiße Schokolade ganz eindeutig in einem Rum geschmeckt habe und irgendwo hat er auch ein wenig grasige Agricole ähnliche Anklänge und auch Zimt ist finde ich im Abgang präsent - den würde ich mir auch als 0,7 Flasche ins Regal stellen.”

“Der Alkohol ist ordentlich eingebunden, wenn man ihm etwas Zeit gibt. Paar florale Noten in Kombination mit (verbrannten) Zucker. Wenn man ihn mit dem Duo Arrangemant vergleicht ist er etwas unrund und eindimensional.”
